I just spent... hours? Following fanfic from 15 years ago and feeling all nostalgic and sad.
But.
Life is actually pretty good.
I am leaving New Life, the place that pretty much changed my life, soon.
I'm not exactly sure what's next.
I couldn't really have imagined all this when I was 15, could I?
I'm 30.

I've had LJ for so long, I can't fully ditch it. I think I'll just cross my text posts over to here for awhile, and try to catch up on your updates. I'll unjoin most of my groups.

As a kid I read a book series called The Friendship Ring. I still think it's the best series written about girls, that actually understands how girls think - unlike books like The Babysitters Club and Sweet Valley that were fun, but shallow, pulp reads ( Read more... ) -
