Sit ups = 50 in 2mins
Press ups = 22 in 2mins
Run = 1.5 miles in 13mins
March = 4 miles in 60mins with 15kg+

Well, today has been nice, so far! I had a well needed lie-in, an uber-relaxing shower, and then gentle stroll to Crawford Hall to hand in my summer camp form!
