so here i am at school. it doesn't seem possible at all. from the time i arrived until now (and probably for the next few days at least) it has felt like another orientation or summer camp. i keep thinking that in a few short days i'll pack everything back up again and go home. the fact that i havent come to the realization of actually living here

The first few weeks at college are always the worst. It is a huge transition to move from one place to another so completely. Just know that home is in reach with phone calls, and a rather short car ride. While you're here, you know there are people who would be more than happy to spend some time with you, you just have to ask them.
