I can't sleep, I am wired...I didn't have caffeine tonight, I think that is why I can't sleep...caffeine always calms me and makes me sleepy. Oh, well...I don't work tomorrow morning so I'll just read all night until I am sleepy.

So I have been insanely busy the past couple days. I worked 14 hours wednesday, worked 8 hours and went to three graduation parties thursday, and worked 8 hours and went to a party yesterday. I woke up today with a sharp pain in my ankle and it being a tad swollen. It is now much more swollen and the sharp pain is quite profuse. I think I may have done something to it running, but I don't remember rolling it or anything...whatever, ice time!

Well...last night Chandini and I went out to get some coffee in Decatur. We talked for an hour or two waiting for the terrible DJ to leave and I finally got so fed up with him that I said lets go back to Snellville. I was chipper, perky and fairly happy today. I had energy, spent no free time sleeping (usually I sleep 12-14 hours a day in long catnaps). I don't know what happened, but I feel good!

I just ran. I ran 5 miles. I had to stop 3 or 4 times to throw up because I haven't done a noteworthy amount of cardio in about a year. Right before I ran I lifted weights. I feel tired. I hope I am not sore tomorrow, but I think that I overdid it and will be. This is one of the reasons I have a hard time staying on top of a workout routine, I ( Read more... )

So Lennie, Bria and I hung out today! I picked Lennie up at about 8pm and we headed over to a little coffee shop called the Java Monkey in Decatur. I had two cups of chai and...the chai was amazing. So I was late to my second day of work at Papa Johns. I was only late like 5 times in the 3 years I worked at Norton. I felt terrible and it put me into a funky mindset the whole rest of the day. I am actually glad that Pam was the only manager there at that point because I think I would have broken down if she hadn't been. So yeah...I suck.

Lennie is in town. Lennie and I hung out today for a couple hours. I was so glad to have done it. I haven't been able to open up to anyone in some time because of various reasons and, although I didn't talk about myself much, Lennie said some things which struck right at home for the same problems I am dealing with, so I didn't have to talk...just ( Read more... )
