I'm not usually confused when the alarm goes off in the morning.  It buzzes in the most annoying way possible, I leap from bed, smack it off and get immediately into the shower.  This morning I couldn't figure out what the buzzing was to save my life.  It left me with a crappy, disoriented feeling.
