My friend and former co-worker, Bryson, came up with a workout plan to meet my Operation Unfat Viking goals. If I remember right, Bryson is studying to become a chiropractor and has a degree (or is really close to a degree) in sports medicine.
Monday:
5-10 minute warm up on bike.
Leg Press 12-15 reps
Leg Extensions 12-15 reps
Leg Curls 12-15 reps
