I'll warn some of you that this isn't exactly the most pleasant of posts. It reflects back on a series of events that happened one year ago today.

I'm also leaving his public because there are people (well, one in particular) that is no longer on my friends list but I know reads occasionally. You know who you are.

it's been a year? so much in a year..

which one is chap 11 bankruptcy, its getting to where i think i may have to do that. etc.

chapter 11 is where you dont have to pay what you owe, but you're screwed for about 7 years on your credit report. chapter 7 is where they arrange to have you pay some of what you owe, and they negociate with creditors, etc. this doesnt look as bad on your credit report and i believe it lasts only 3 years instead of 7
