Conference!
Next week, I'm going to a conference called ICAP (International Conference on Atomic Physics), which is very much specific to my field. Also, it's a conference where only big shots give talks (other people, like myself, can give posters). Amongst these big shots are no fewer than FOUR Nobel Prize winners!
I'm very much looking forward to it!! -
Tonight was made of win!
This year I entered the Otago Wildlife Photography contest. This evening was the opening of the exhibition and prize giving. One of my photos got Highly Commended in the category of human impact on the natural environment!

It's so easy to get used to one sentence updates! It's a fairly lazy way of communicating though.
So what have I been doing?
