I really like your 'observe the unobservable' phrase.

It seems ironic that a place that's supposed to teach students is doing such a poor job of training their own employees.

Hope the math teacher's a little more helpful.

The math teacher was a lot more helpful than the verbal teacher; good thing, since the verbal teacher called out sick while I was there. I was going to go over the verbal test scores with the student myself, but she said she couldn't stay for the last 2 hours.

So, I ended up with a whopping 1.25 hours of observation. *Sigh!* C'est la vie!
