i don't listen to a lot of music, lately, but i do think that eveyrone should listen to books on tape. i'm currently in the middle of stephen king's "the shining". (again.)

Light (fluff reading) audiobooks are perfectly easy to listen to on the iPod at work. Deep books, on the other hand, must be read directly from the page (by ones' self).
And yes, you can beat your ADD into submission. From personal experience: it's called discipline. You make yourself concentrate on (whatever it is) you need to-- even if you feel like you're buggin' out. It's not easy (again, from personal experience)--but it is a necessity.

But my favorites of all time include:
