What makes someone's LJ interesting? I constantly start entries in order to just POST SOMETHING, but I always end up deleting them half-way through. I think I need to just start posting entries about whatever, whenever, and maybe stop being so self-consciously goofy. Whatevs.

Anyway, this is YOUR journal; write what you want!! Think of it as a journal rather than a blog. And if others happen to be interested, then cool. Maybe you need an outlet! I found this perfectly interesting, but part of that is that I find you an interesting person. A lot of people try to be super-witty like they're writing a column or something, and unless that's how they really are in person, I find it way pretentious. They're basically making up for the fact that their post is a waste of time. Yours was just like talking--if you ask me, that's how it should be! Genuine humans going through genuine stuff.

And you're right, you can totally tell when someone's journal is not genuine in spite of being semi-interesting? Ha ha, living alone seems to be honing my internal dialogue with myself, so I guess I shouldn't worry too much.
