Why, How, and When should my child learn a Second Language?

HI! This officially our first journal entry!

Okay a little into the background of us. We will have a more detailed telling of ourselves in a friends only entry after this.

We are 3 & 5, our parents aren't together, and haven't been together in quite sometime now.
We live with our mommy of course.
Mik is in Kindergarten, and loving it.
