I can't speak for Sorrow, who isn't in custody. But for Myrnin, he is treated as any other prisoner who requires nutrition, yes.

Honestly? Were we back in New York I'd try to hit you with obstruction, maybe. However, you seem...fairly inexperienced with the law and given your willingness to help now, I don't think it would be prudent to charge you of any wrongdoing. The rules of the City...as much as I hate it, they're different.
