I really liked the first ficlet. Dean and Castiel, sigh. Still so much unknown and still lonliness even when they are together.
As for the second, I like the interpretation more that Castiel can't finish that sentence because he very much HAS been in Dean's ass, on many occasions! LOL!
I agree with your interpretation completely XDD but for the sake of writing the fic with more realism (and closer to what's possible on screen), I had to do this lolol
Funny thing is, my interpretation of that scene in Dean/Cas slash terms is: Cas started denying it because Dean topped all the time, but his pause was actually an afterthought! Because he recalled that time he had topped, and the other time, and yeah, he couldn't very well deny it anymore! XD

I've seen that ep as Cas going for the literal at present (he really wasn't in Dean's ass at the time), but then realized that oh yeah, maybe Dean's not talking about today.
I love both of these, especially Three Seconds. There's this bittersweetness throughout it all, and it broke my heart as much as it was sweet. The silence, that's what I've felt each time I see Cas. There's just something so silent and not allowed to be shown, and you captured it perfectly through Dean's eyes. Just beautiful. *mems* ♥

These are really sweet. The second one especially. The last line is wonderful.
Also "three seconds that Dean could never get back." The way that highlights real life culminations and decisions and changes is excellent.
