When Cas said he was busy, he meant he was dying and he’d rather not burden Dean of this grief.

So when Dean allowed the holy fire to encircle his friend, it wasn’t to trap Cas like a prisoner. It’s because this was the only way to make him stay.

It was the same when Cas beat Dean in an alley, where dying was as good an option as any.

Yes, yes, yes! :D Cas had reached a point where he'd NEVER wish for Dean to learn about his deal with Crowley, and if he had the choice, he'd have fled.

There's something I didn't get about "Being human": what Castiel changed in that moment in time he visited? When was that moment in time?

For Being Human, Cas didn't change anything. He was thinking to stop his old self from helping Dean, but in the end he just asked the risks and the past!Cas mocked him for even questioning whether Castiel knew what he's risking.

So he just left and let the past happen as they did.
