Sunday practices have been happening - but a bit lamely. Thursday practice was pretty good this week though not as rocking as last week. We got a batch of newer guys in, and if we are lucky some will become regulars. Monday - Very tired. Got on the bike but only managed 20 min at no great pace.
Tuesday - Still tired. Did manage 30 min on the bike though.

Shoulder seems much better in the am after a good night's sleep. So I am pretty confident it was just an epic bruise.

Great weather. Great event. Began with pick-ups. Then a knight-seeded unbelt speed tournament. Then a short TOC. At that point we had to go home, but planned was splitting into small groups with each knight teaching a brief class on anything. And more fighting. And discussion with the chiv. Kind of lousy day. Fighting a stiff back/headache all day. Put some more rocks around the fire pit and wrassled some enormous weeds and made a new sword since the old one had gotten a bit mushy.

Exercise bike, 30 min - 8.5 miles - heartrate up to mid 130s at 5 mins and upper 150s by the end with a pretty constant speed.

Finished digging firepit and carried a bunch of stones for the edge.

exercise bike - 7 miles/30 min - (I've had to mess with the tension manually, so all such measurements are relative to each other rather than reality.)

dug a chunk of a firepit, (apx 1 hour of digging)

Did some spearwork on the local foliage
