I bought this book tonight and I have a feeling that I will be recommending it to many other mothers who plan to birth naturaly for years to come. It is extrodinarly inspiring and diverse with different tecniques to help aid in pain coping. I hope Jer will sit down with me and read it so we can come together in the birthing process.
