Is that one fully complete log a month, or one log that has been consistently posted in but maybe or maybe not finished?

A completed log would be preferable. A log that has been consistently posted in would be allowed too or a log that is maybe or maybe not finished would be allowed too but if all your logs end up like that then it will be an issue.
