Six Feet Under is the best American television show I've ever seen.

Just finished the last season (Season 5) tonight and I'm COMPLETELY in awe... I've never been so heartbroken to let go of characters, even though the finale was really great.

Nate makes me crazy. Nate needs to be punched in the face. Everyone else - especially David - is fabulous.

Also, have you watched Mad Men yet? Another damn amazing show.

Yes, we're actually all wrapped up in both Mad Men and Six Feet Under right now -- we have one disc left of Season 2 of Mad Men, and finished 6fu tonight. GOOD TELEVISION. *sigh*

I saw all of Six Feet Under the summer I worked on a farm in Vermont. All of us - minus the owners' 6 y.o. so - would stay up late watching episodes on DVD and shouting at our least favorite characters.

Mad Men is fabulous. It almost makes me wish I had cable - if I couldn't watch the episodes online, that is.

I watched all of Six Feet Under between early December and late January the year I was pregnant with Suzannah -- I think it was actually a little too much, watching it ALL like that when I was so emotional anyway, and I probably should have spread it out more, but I just couldn't stop. And I don't think I've ever bawled like that over a show. Yep, it's genius.

I watched the first couple seasons a few years ago and wanted to see more, but I was having trouble with Netflix! I really want to see the rest. It was a great show.
