one day they might make a laptop that will work, i know soo many people now who had fault and problems with laptop, and they sent back manufacturer over and over again and problems are never fixed or new ones arise, its rather pathtic....

however, i pretty sure you have legal rights if you have sent ot off to get fixed and they failed to fix it, so i sure you should challenge that fact if they decide to charge
