Every morning when i wake up and I'm a bit sore, i touch my belly, and then have a momentary panic coz I'd forgotten during the night that i was pregnant. Its so weird, but its also really crappy waking up in a panic every morning. -

reflections on vomiting
So, thanks to my monogastric nutrition paper in which i am currently studying the digestive systems of cats, dogs and horses, I have a much better understanding of why I can't vomit except under SERIOUS life-threatening conditions, where other people can just put their fingers down their throat and bring it all up.

LAST DAY AT MY JOB TOMORROW! holy moly, 5 years working for this organization, and I'm finally leaving.
I had my farewell morning tea this morning, and it was totally over-whelming, everyone was sooooo lovely. Man i hate goodbyes though. it was TOUGH! Everyone was so NICE.
