Jurby Mice

I went out with a friend and her sister a few days ago. Her sister was over and she had seen a poster about the Jurby Mice. As a knitter and crocheter she was interested.

Oh yes, and Amen to the hymn ... we had it as one of Dad's for his funeral.

I think my favourite is the underwater one, complete with mermouse

All the tableaus are lovely and sweet! I like the one you like very much and I also like Belle's wedding.
And the owls!
They're all wonderful and what a lot of work and care went into creating it all.

There are so many little touches - and every year there are a few new mice and some of the tableaus change. You can even buy your own Jurby mouse - there are a selection for sale in the back of the church😊

So cute! Dink has taken up crocheting and has made several cute little creatures. She'd enjoy seeing displays like these. :)
