I have finished the jumper for D-d for Christmas. It is not really displayed to its advantage, but it was difficult to find a good place to take the picture. Now to start on a slightly different one for her husband.

Wittards do have some rather nice festive tins don't they? I am in awe of your knitting skills - I find completing a whole jumper very tedious...

They do!

I must admit that I started the front of the jumper, got up to the armholes and then stopped for a couple of months. Then I finished the front and did the back - and left it for another couple of weeks before doing the arms 😊

Wish we´d have such festive tins here, too!

I had the Christmas tins a few years ago and reused and reused them until they began to go rusty. These ones are likely to be reused a good few times too as they really are very pretty.

I love the color of the sweater, and the trim around the bottom. The tins are very pretty and festive.

Thank you! You knit the Aran panel separately as it is sideways to the rest of the sweater - which was a bit different.

Aren't the tins lovely!

Love the color of the jumper! To me/On my screen it appears a sort of cranberry shade :)

It's a little darker - but a really warm colour I think.
