Christmas sort of got in the way of this chapter - I had the beginning written but then stopped - and it took me a while to get back into it. Hopefully the next one won't take so long. It will probably be the last one - but you know what the characters can be like

I wonder if it´s even possible for Glorfindel to hide a future spouse from Elrond!
Sorry, but I had a good laugh first, when I got to know the name of the oncoming storm. I quit laughing when I realised how furious she was!

I don't think he was trying to hide her from Elrond - he just wanted to a little time for just the two of them and his parents, who already know her well. But he was taking her to meet Elrond by the end of the chapter - just a pity that he missed them :)

Éowyn has been in a very bad mood! We are ok - I am just going to write a post about her.

Thank you - I have just posted an update - the short version is the island is still above water, if looking a bit second-hand in places, and we are all fine!
