eat to live has began a day early. i am making lentils right now for my dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. i am surprised that i have to eat ONE POUND of green veggies a day. i got cukes, celery, green peppers, romaine lettuce, and broccoli sprouts. 70% of my diet is going to be raw, the other 30% a mixture of beans & legumes and cooked veggies
