Dear Gods, its actually good. It appears they have a budget, and either a lot of the talent behind Galactica, or inspired by it. I think I might finally be starting to get it. I've been grinding away at the igowin software, which is a 9x9 board with varying handicaps that progress as you do. Latest blood tests back. My A1C is back down to 5.5, which is pretty much normal. It was up to 9ish in previous reads. Its amazing the difference working out about twice a week makes in my sugar response. I'm sure all that mountain climbing I did in China didn't hurt either, mind you.
