I've been working part-time as a cashier at my local large-chain grocery store since January to earn some extra money (saving up for a big vacation next year). And there are several general sucks I've noticed.

At least it'll give you some fun stories as well! I'm glad you're feeling good natured about everything and it's only part-time. I think that when we're doing things just for extra pocket money, it's often a lot easier to handle these assholes. Since we're not stressed out on a personal level as well as a professional level. So much shit rolls off your back when you're not stressed out over other crap. I wish we all could be afforded the luxury of not "needing" our jobs specifically so we could be happier overall :[

Re: #1: No matter what business you're in, there's always going to be some jerk that will always think that the person on the front of the line is lying and has to hear the exact same thing from a supervisor before they believe it. Then there are people who will still refuse to believe it even when it comes from the supervisor's mouth. :roll:
