It is amazing how many people feel that it is the cellphone company's responsibility to pay for cellphone manufacturer mistakes and errors. You're destined for sainthood at this rate. I know a few people who can handle these kind of jerks with grace like that, I am not one of them. Hence why I shy away from dealing with the general public. I'm glad you got him to admit he broke it and he didn't get even a refurbished phone, what a dingleberry.

Thanks! I was pretty pumped with adrenaline from that call and I Was super frustrated that I couldn't say more to him about how I felt about his behavior (which is the worst part).

When he called back he got a different rep and he admitted to that representative that the phone got damaged somehow. Haha.
