Not only is that a low fee, but if you can't afford that, how are you gonna pay for food and other supplies?

It costs more than $75 to fix an animal, let alone the fact that adopted dogs have their shots too. I hate these people and I'm glad there's a way to kind of stop them from getting animals even though I know they'll get their hands on a dog one way or another. ARgh.

shadow was fully vetted, spayed, and on a heartworm preventative when we got her. and we paid $350 for her and were happy to do so!

seventy five dollars is CHEAP.
