I would drop her like a plagued rat. I would also tell Jamey that she's his as far as you are concerned and that you do not want her at all.
Then do not talk to her, she does not exist in your world.
Then hopefully you can mend fences with Jamey. I know you want to talk to her but it's the worst thing for you.
Find a new lay; someone with less baggage.

So they both drop her like a rotten potato and go out looking for better quality women.
I know Amarillo's small but sheesh, I know there are better women there.
If nothing else, go hang out at the student center at AC or WT, you don't have to be a student to do it and you might find a better woman.
Even better, go take a class and get some education while hunting.
