Oh dear!!

Hmm. i cut on Sunday eve. It wasn't awful but by current standards it was a tad on the nasty side, i cut both of my forearms, not too deep but quite a bit. The problem is, now that i've done exactly what i've been wanting to do for ages, i haven't even vaguely considered cutting ever since. The last 3 days cutting hasn't been an issue in any way,

maybe cutting a little and infrequently will stop you thinking about it constantly until you just...do it badly?

I know, that's what i'm worried about, that it'll spin out of control and i'll just end up how i was before.
