It's faux clafouti. I say that because it's obviously not authentic, but hey, it's tasty and much lower in calories, not to mention easy so *shrugs*. I just make sure not to tell anyone it's clafouti and tell them it's baked custard instead, which it essentially is, I guess?

lol a ten book credit/handicap sounds amazing! I'm actually reading The Shadow of the Wind right now, but in between filling forms and checking things and paying stuff, I'm only halfway through the book. I'm sure once everything has settled down, I'll have a lot of time to read!
