I bet the sleeping without a pillow part will be hard for you.

I know it isn't easy for you to go, but hope it isn't anything you should be going to the doctor for - looks like you took a bad fall. Did the drunk guy who took the wheel even say he was sorry??

the sleeping without a pillow part is the thing i was not too happy about either...

but i think i'm going to compromise for one like real flat pillow....

i just see it hurting more - feeling awkward with *nothing* under my head...

i grew up the daughter of a nurse... i rarely went to the doc unless it was real bad - i'm going to wait it out and try this treatment along with some pain meds and see if Dr. Kitten can't get it under control...

There was apart about physical therapy once most of the pain starts to dissipate - I'm going to do more research.

no doctor bill = very good.
