Breakfast (B): Cheese salad sandwhich & OJ
Snack (S): Banana & yoghurt
Lunch (L): 2 spam musubi, green salad with cherry tomato, 3 pieces of nougat
Snack (S): Apple, strawberries, cookie & OJ
Dinner (D): Tuna & Sweetcorn penne pasta in chili tomato sauce
Water: 3 litres (sounds alot, it was really hard work in the gym)
