The water damage was far worse than I expected. Almost all of the closet sub floor is water damaged, and when I was under the house, it looks like the damage spread to the bathroom floor as well. With my $1000 deductible and the insurance company covering none of the "long term" damage, and depreciating the carpeting and such, it makes more sense
