So, I've had about two weeks of walking/no running on my ankle, and while it's better I can tell it's not healed. Yep, I did some damage again. Nope, I've not gotten an MRI. I'm going to a 25K to walk/jog as long as I can on it in two weeks. Depending on the result of that trip, I'll decide if I need an MRI or not. Here's hoping not, as that
