This morning I took Crystal to the vet she was peeing blood in the night, and then first thing in the morning. I haven't heard anything other than they suspect that it's possibly an autoimmune disease. First glance looks like her system is attacking her blood, so she is hemorrhaging. Shannon started the "Fat IT guy on a bike" challenge at work a couple of weeks ago. The goal being just ride 200 miles in 2 months, that's roughly 3 miles a day. Nothing too insane.
