As part of my medical studies I am carrying out a questionnaire on users of internet self harm forums. The anonymous questionnaire will take approximately 10-20 minutes and will require you to select the appropriate answer and for some questions may ask you to describe in your own words.

 I feel so bad...... I couldn't stand not cutting. So, I did. I feel so worthless.......... I'm still fucking bleeding. It won't stop..... I'm getting kind of scared. I actually thought I could accomplish this........

I haven't cut for nearly a month now. I'm trying to stop because I'm having to cut deeper and more frequently to actually feel it. Also, my parents are getting suspicious, and it makes my boyfriend nervous.

I've been going back down into the shadows... bad things have been happening again... I've cut myself for the first time in almost over a month. makes me a failure, but at the same time I'm sighing in relief because a part of me knew what was going to happen.
