After 5 yearsd I cut last night for the first time, I got caught buy my husband and grandmother they just don't understand it must come out.   It must!   IT was so freeing I felt alive again.

You ever feel like you just want to give in but you know that you can't? I know that it would help ease some of the tension, at least for a little while but I also know that in the long run it doesn't really help. Hell in the long run probably just make things worse. Have you ever signed a no harm contract? I started with a new counselor yesterday and she wanted me to sign one. No way in hell was I signing it. What can they do if you don't? I wanna cut. I can't cry, which doesn't help.
I don't know what to do, I feel so down, but I can't cut till everyone goes to sleep, maybe by then the feeling will go away?
This is a horrible feeling.

I just want to cut.
Why is it destrutive things make me happy?
I'm so sick of people hurting me, why do I hurt myself then?

Everything was going fine till I talked to her.
I wish I could dissapear.

I do not have any one who understands why i cut. is there any way of explaining it better.......

Ever had one of those great days where every thing just goes to hell and you some how still come out on the other end in one piece?
