I mean, what kind of president uses baloney in his active vocabulary?

Sigh, "Nu cu lar" Is how Midwestern and many Southwestern people say the word. It is an accent thing. There are many reasons why he doesn't have a clear grasp of the English Language, his pronunciation of nuclear is not one of them.

Many people suspect (hell, have pictures of ) President Bush drinking again. Perhaps that is why his vocabular is slipping.
