Believe it or not, it was warm enough here to grill outside last week. Here are C's lovely chops with a big green salad topped with goat cheese by yours truly.
Honestly it was by accident. I suppose it's kind of a pan version on kale chips (but those are crispier). I basically put 1 tsp olive oil in a large very hot skillet and toss the press in section on to the pan for 5 min or so then turn off heat and keep tossing a few minutes more with pan still on stove til crispy.
