Believe it or not, it was warm enough here to grill outside last week. Here are C's lovely chops with a big green salad topped with goat cheese by yours truly.

How do you get the kale crispy? We love kale but so far the only things I've made were raw kale salad, and braised with white beans & garlic.

Honestly it was by accident. I suppose it's kind of a pan version on kale chips (but those are crispier). I basically put 1 tsp olive oil in a large very hot skillet and toss the press in section on to the pan for 5 min or so then turn off heat and keep tossing a few minutes more with pan still on stove til crispy.
