I am at work for three days...no one called in for some shift coverage so I am here for three days to cover it! I have no food and wasnt really ready to stay three days! Last night got up a few times for calls. A fire down in sumner and a medical aid call! So anyway keep me busy at work today! Entertain me if we arent busy i will be on here

So I haven't worked out much since I have been sick and my arms and chest are getting small...so last shift I did cardio and lifted chest and bi's as well as worked my abs and today I am working out throughout the day...just worked bi's and doing chest now! Well really its day two if you count us flying here. Last night we basicly got trashed one from the plane and two from going out! We totally picked out the gay guys on our flight before we even left seattle! Then we got on the plane and totally got fucked up because the gay flight attendant gave us alcohol the whole way from seattle to chicago! OMG!!!!! SO DRUNK WHEN WE STEPPED ON THE GROUND IN CHICAGO!!!!!
