Well, since yesterday, things have changed with me, I'm a complete idiot. I can't say what exactly is wrong but I now know someone who is a manipulator. but that's not here nor there. I just don't know what to do anymore, I've been spending my entire summer high, I have hardly been sober for 24 hours straight. It's not good. and I started smoking

Think of it this way: Is someone going to want someone who's more interested in smoking than them? Not very likely, unless, of course, they're that interested in smoking too. And that won't keep you very balanced.

You need to work on what your priorities are because you're upset about fucking up relationships but yet you don't seem to be working towards fixing them? Focus more on other things, Keenan, and you won't smoke as much. Go to places that you know you can't smoke in. Eventually you'll get used to it.

Before you can find someone to care for you and for you to care for in return you need first care for yourself. It's not possible for anything to happen unless you learn to do this.

If some of this is just random and doesn't make sense, I'm sorry.
