So tonight was filled with crazies at work. Like, straight up batshit insane people and I was stuck talking with them because Molly is kind of sick and didn't want to deal so she stayed away from behind the counter. I get that a lot. I haven't cut it since March so it's not the best looking, but when I hairspray it up so the curls stay and pin it back with a headband it looks very nice.

Plus I hate my hair long, so it's very convenient that short hair suits my face.

I love your hair and you should leave your eyebrows alone! They are so nicely shaped! Also don't apologize to me you always see my junk twice! I'm glad you had fun at rent and crazy customers are always the best! We had crazy regulars at our business all the time and I miss it!

I've got Eastern European eyebrows. They're fine, but they need to be trimmed better.

And these weren't the good kind of crazy customers. We have awesome crazies and then soul-crushing omgkillmenow customers. These were the latter. :/

Well, one of them went apeshit on me for this thing we sell that's kind of like netflix. We changed from offering a month-to-month cash payment to an autorenew on a card and some people are REALLY not liking it. This guy was one of them and after I explained it to him for 15 minutes (with a line behind him) he still didn't like the answer I gave him and told me he wanted my manager's name and the # to the store ( ... )
