The subtle differences between a Servant first then a Leader, and vice-versa.
To become a Servant Leader, you can choose first to be a Leader.

There's a constant drilling in my office.
Totally sucks ass...

I can just see it how later when i leave the office, i will feel odd with the silence.

Where does your priorities lie?
Recent events have demonstrated to me how friends within a group can also have conflicts purely because of differing priorities.
And sometimes one doesn't realise that priorities have changed due to various factors.

Taking things for granted
Amongst the many (nonsense) tests and memes running rampant in Facebook and Livejournal, i would like to propose that you guys do this one. You don't have to tag anyone, don't have to write anything. None of that "publish-all-your-clean / dirty / soiled-linen-out-for-the-entire-community-to-read" nonsense because, seriously, NOBODY CARES.

I visited one of my many loves in my life this afternoon.
She has really grown in this one year.
So cute now.
I can imagine many guys falling for her next time.
