Singapore Arts Festival 2010
It's been a great ride this season.
For some strange reason I decided to empty my wallet to get a number of shows.
Most of the, if not all of them were well performed, both by local and foreign artistes.
So who says that Singapore does not have talent?

And yes, i know, they have a job to do.
But their timing really STINKS!
Here i am trying to practise, and there they are, calling me.
One after the other. In a span of just mere 5 minutes, 2 calls.

My hometown in ANY part of Singapore, what WOULD have made me feel more at home, would be that they stop demolishing buildings that means much more to me, stop closing down schools I have attended, and stop enbloc activities that reduce the neighbourhood's houses to a pile of rubble just to ( Read more... ) -

Nothing else to do but pure lazing.
Maybe it's the distance of the resort from the nearest town. Or maybe it's the whole idyllic setting of the resort itself. But I'm staying today. To sleep, to read, to laze, to rest.
Needed this a long time ago. So glad I'm getting a chance to do this now :)

I dreamt of Grandma last night.
Had a long conversation with her.
She lost weight, but she looksgood.

Not proud to be a Singaporean, at all
Been answering phonecalls these days.
Nobody ever identifies themselves.
Everyone just calls in, asks if I was the right person to ask about something.
And immediately launch into the question.
No introductions or asking who you are.
And if I wasn't lucky enough, there wouldn't be any greeting either.

My Room Is Too Small....
My room is can barely fit my bed and a small table. So everything was customised to the small hole i have.
The bed frame over-rides the bay window, thus causing many people to complain that the bed's too high.
Well, too bad, its MY bed.
Anyways... i still insisted on putting this in. Because i don't wanna be seen practising in the living room.
