Stadium Tour in Progress
As previously described, as I write this I am on the first full day of a vacation that will take me to three parks I have never been to before. I am hitting 3 of the 5 National League West parks.
Of course this assumes the weather cooperates, but given that one of those parks is Phoenix and another is San Diego, I feel pretty confident that I'll get at least two. If I do hit all three, I'll move to 23 of the 30 active parks, plus four defunct parks, which is not too shabby at all. In addition, by coincidence the three home teams I will be seeing are teams I have not seen before, and one of the visiting teams is the fourth and final team I have not seen before, so at the end of this trip I will have seen every single Major League Baseball team play at once, 23 of them at home.
All of this is a long winded way of saying that there is no stadium tour post today, and there will be no stadium tour post next Sunday. The tour summary resumes Sunday, May 3.
