Sabbatical 9/05 - Travel Day

After a long day in the Alhambra, it was nice to get off my feet for a day as I traveled via plane to Lisbon.

The first part of the trip went according to plan. I rose early, enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel, and then cabbed it to the Granada airport.

I do believe that's the most revolting thing I've ever seen (though to be fair, it has been many years since I last saw the Turnerized version of "Miracle on 34th Street", so the comparison isn't very reliable).

I spent a solid 45 minutes looking for a b&w version of the opening, to no avail. Oh well.
