I've pledged 500 words a day. I'm a little scared. But I've had a story idea in my head two Christmases in a row, and I'm finally going to write it.

It's BANDOM. I haven't written Bandom in months. The split killed my ships, but I'm going to resurrect them here in an AU.

I'm going to be honest, I really didn't understand the synopsis because I've never seen White Christmas and barely remember what you explained to me last year... but it sounds like YOU are excited, and that's what matters, right?

I'm going to try for the full nano this year... we'll see how it goes.

Okay, I actually posted in my LJ, and it's about nano!

I'm doing a mystery / police procedural. It's generally what I read, and mostly what I watch on TV too, so I hope it will be... well, not too hard.

But, I have only a few days left of reading, and I'm looking for good mystery recommendations to read to get into the headspace. You got any? I thought you might...
