I just don't have a strong preference toward one or the other, so sometimes I come out P and sometimes I come out J, depending on my mood. I'm always toward the middle of the continuum. For me, it just depends on the situation. In some areas, I can't wait to get decisions made, GET IT DONE, and get it off my plate. In other areas, I don't want to close off any of the possibilities, so I put off making decisions and wait to see what will happen. Sometimes I'm fine with being flexible and adapting, but the minute-to-minute re-prioritizing that had to be done when I was a floor nurse juggling 6 patients drove me nuts.
I guess I scored an ISTJ (Introverted Sensing Thinking Judging), the description fits mostly. But how accurate can they be with 40 questions? I'd rather see one with 40 different scenarios! Like "You're driving alone on a country road late at night, and you wake up in a field naked, in the middle of a crop circle, and your boss comes along and asks what you're doing? What do you tell him?" I think that would tell more than this test!

Actually they can tell a lot from 40 questions. There is the much longer version, but I bet it comes out the same since that seems pretty accurate for you.
